Netflix is getting a bizarre new comedy series starring Emma Stone and Jonah Hill called Maniac, and the streaming service gave the world its first look at the series on Wednesday, The Hollywood Reporter reported.

Maniacis being made by Cary Fukunaga, the director of True Detectiveand Beasts of No Nation, and is a remake of a Norwegian series by the same name, which originally aired in 2014.

Netflix's remake, which is described as a black comedy, will focus on Emma Stone's and Jonah Hill's characters — two strangers who participate in a pharmaceutical trial that doesn't quite go exactly as planned.
