Taking out one of the two top gongs for the Golden Globes,Playboy TV show Triple play season 1 episode 4 Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missourihas won this year's Best Picture: Drama.
Voted by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, the film trumped Call Me By Your Name, Dunkirk, The Post, and The Shape of Waterfor the Globe. But not everyone was psyched about it.

The film took home a few of the top Globes —McDormand landed Best Actress, and star Sam Rockwell scored Best Supporting Actor. And while Martin McDonagh lost Best Director to The Shape of Water's Guillermo del Toro, he won Best Screenplay.
Not everyone was convinced of the film as victor, however, with journalists, commentators and onlookers rushing to Twitter to vent their dissatisfaction with the Best Picture result.

The film is currently sitting at 93 percent with critics on Rotten Tomatoes. There will be some expectations that it will get Best Picture at the Academy Awards. We'll just have to wait and see if it gets an nomination first -- they're announced on Jan. 23.
